Validity of quotation and formation of agreement
This quotation (“Quotation”) by IBRA Institute, with registered offices at Hochbergerstrasse 60E, 4057 Basel ("IBRA Institute") is valid for a limited time period only, as indicated on each quote, and directed only at the person or entity indicated on the quote (“Organizer”). If Organizer accepts the Quotation within this period by written confirmation, a binding agreement (“Agreement”) is formed between the parties for the use of the Bio-Skills lab facility of Medartis AG (“Facility”) for a specific educational, scientific and/or promotional event organized and held by the Organizer (“Event”). 

Terms of reservation / Cancellation terms 
If the Organizer cancels the confirmed Event,  IBRA Institute will charge the Organizer 50% of the agreed costs as a processing fee. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if such cancellation is made within two (2) weeks of the agreed date of the Event, 75% of the agreed costs will be charged. Any cancellation by Organizer must be made in writing to its contact person at  IBRA Institute  

Payment Terms

Payment shall be made by Organizer to IBRA Institute in 2  payment phases, 30% of total cost shall be payed within thirty (30) days from the date of contract signature /event approval through invoice process , remaining value shall be payed (30) days from the date of final  invoice (post event) by wire transfer.
